Items up to 1KG shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Anything over 1KG will be sent by Courier.
All overseas orders (outside the UK) are sent via Courier.

All returned items must be returned within the standard 28 days of delivery - please include an invoice number within the same parcel of the returned goods - this is required to process your return.
A 20% handling charge will apply.
Electrical items may NOT be returned unless faulty - this will be checked before item is credited.
Special order items cannot be returned for credit.

For items that carry a surcharge (such as shock absorbers) will require a deposit - this will be charged at checkout.
This is refundable when the item/s is returned in a REUSABLE and CLEAN condition within 28 working days from Receipt.
An invoice number within the same parcel of the returned goods is required.
