MAKING A PURCHASE

  • Browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
  • Once you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.
  • To remove items or change quantities in the shopping cart, during the ordering process, use 'view cart' link.
  • To change items at checkout 'click on cancel' and then use the 'view cart' link as above.
  • We accept All Major Credit / Debit Cards and Paypal - Secure Payment Processed Via Paypal System
  • PLEASE NOTE: Part numbers, illustrations and photographs used in our catalogues are intended for reference purposes only, and may not be an exact representation of goods supplied.


PACKING & CARRIAGE

  • Items up to 1KG shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Anything over 1KG will be sent by Courier.
  • All overseas orders (outside the UK) are sent via Courier.


RETURNED ITEMS

  • All returned items must be returned within the standard 28 days of delivery - please include an invoice number within the same parcel of the returned goods - this is required to process your return.
  • A 20% handling charge will apply.
  • Electrical items may NOT be returned unless faulty - this will be checked before item is credited.
  • Special order items cannot be returned for credit.


EXCHANGE UNITS

  • For items that carry a surcharge (such as shock absorbers) will require a deposit - this will be charged at checkout.
  • This is refundable when the item/s is returned in a REUSABLE and CLEAN condition within 28 working days from Receipt.
  • An invoice number within the same parcel of the returned goods is required.


PAYMENT

  • We have various payment methods (See Secure Checkout).
  • In order to place an order make sure 'Name' and 'Address' matches the Credit Card details used at checkout.
